On Monday, October 14, 2024, the World Mission Society Church of God hosted its inaugural Bosses Appreciation Day in Las Vegas, Nevada. This heartfelt event brought together 47 church members, 21 guests, and representatives from two participating churches, Las Vegas and its Henderson branch. The event honored the hard work and leadership of local leaders who contribute to community development.
The Bosses Appreciation Day was established as a platform for the Church of God to express gratitude to employers for their commitment to fostering positive workplaces and uplifting the community. This celebration highlighted the unique relationship between bosses and employees who are also church members, fostering deeper connections and mutual appreciation.
Celebrating Leadership and Community Impact
Since 2024 marks the 60th Anniversary of the Church of God, this year’s event was even more significant. Bosses in attendance experienced firsthand the Church’s impact on society through its sincere service and welcoming spirit. The event inspired many attendees to learn more about the Church’s mission, with several bosses expressing interest in future events and Bible studies.
